I am a direct descendant of Nicholas YON who arrived Charles Town [Charleston] South Carolina and left there with a governors passport 18ll. His grandson Clarence is the father of my grandfather CHARLIE SANDERS YARN. Would like to hear from ANYONE who has information on Clarence. His son, Charlie was born White Pond, Aiken, South Carolina 1864. His mother was Mamie DALE or was she his grandmother? Thank you for such a wonderful site. Margie
