I am looking for information on Joe Terrell Spivey. Our information says he was born on July 18, 1924 in Jeff Davis County Georgia. I am pretty sure the DOB is correct or at least very close. I am not positive that the location is correct though. I do believe he was from the south Georgia area though. He married Jane Earleen Kemp on Dec. 30 1944. They lived in Sylvania, Ga. until his death on March 20, 1954. They had 5 children. They are trying to find any information about him since all they know is his name. They are hoping to find names of parents, siblings etc. Any information would be appreciated.
