I believe that Patience S. (Crapps) Bullard is Jesse's mother but I am not positive about this. After this I have nothing. In one of the Census' it says that his father was born in SC. If anyone has any information on this family I would really appreciate it. I have been looking for this family for a long time and have not turned up hardly anything.
