I am looking for information on my Brown Family and the other related family surnames.
Willie L. Brown, grandfather, died 02-1955., married a Lizzie Walker, ( date of death still a mystery)- resided in Tattnall County, GA; however, he moved to Candler County, GA- married a Mary Martin Drake- Willie L. Brown was from Williamsburg, SC and I believe that Lizzie Walker Brown was from Orange County, FL ( But, I have had conflicting information so she could be from Orange County, SC)
Anyone with information on this set of Browns or the Walker family- Truely would be appreciated. Lizzie Walker's parents- William E. Walker ( from SC) m. Elizabeth M. (?) Presley (?) and had 11 children. I have found them in Appling County, but it appears that William E. Walker married a Lena later because I find them in 1910. They had two children possibly William E. Walker's step-children: Sam Owens b. 1987(?) and Gussie, or Gertie b. 1910- I know that William E. Walker & wife Lena resided in Appling County, GA sometimes in the same area as WIllie & Lizzie Brown.
